• Business Hours: We will be most active with practical work during this period; responses may be slim to none until the end of my working day. We work 10.30 am until 5.30 pm in our studio.

• Our Trello is often updated in the evenings after the working day. Please email if you have any questions, if there has been a period of more than 3 days without an update when you are at the top of our queue or if anything looks wrong!

• We do not always work every day! While this is our main responsibility, we now volunteer so we have less free time. We work most days; however, progress updates every day are not guaranteed.

•  Please be patient; I am 1 person! There are only so many hours I can work per day without burning out or our quality suffering! 

• More than one personal project or another commission may be worked on at the same time as yours. For example, i may work on one large commission and a small parts commission simultaneously; this is to prevent burnout.
