All fursuit heads, commissioned or received as a premade, are built on lightweight upholstery foam headbases custom-made for your / the premade character. All fursuit heads will be fully lined with a thinner scuba neoprene, colour or different fabric can be chosen by the client. The client has the option of a zipper or no zipper sewn into the neck of their fursuit head.

Eyes and all parts will be mocked up digitally and approved before beginning. The design will be hand-painted on canvas mesh based on your character reference. Eyeblanks will be outsourced from another maker based on the client's design. 

Ears are reinforced with Eva foam and extra fabric to keep them secure. Poseable ears use steel craft wire to create a poseable effect.

All Fursuit parts will come fully lined with either plain scuba neoprene or cotton. For feetpaws and handpaws, the client will have the option of choosing from a selection of patterned or plain cottons. Only handpaws will be cuffed at this moment in time. Fursuit parts from Meringue Monsters will usually come with a logo tag sewn into the lining or tailcap. 

All Fursuit parts are made with high-quality big-z furs and minky such as EcoShag and Hug-Z minky, and sometimes Stoffhommel's Furtastic. These furs are super soft, stay brushed well, and are perfect for fursuits.

Custom fur brands, sending in your own high-quality fur, and colour requests are available; please note I avoid howl fabrics and many overseas sellers due to high shipping costs. This helps keep our costs lower!

Mochi Minky is used for most pawpads and cuffing for handpaws. Want something different? Feel free to ask; we love experimenting with new fabrics too!

All sewing will be done on a Singer heavy-duty sewing machine, excluding anything needing to be sewn by hand. All hand and machine stitching will remain consistent and of high quality, using only durable polyester threads, such as Gutterman-branded threads. For hand stitching, we mainly use the ladder and blacket stitch.
